Catching up....

Well, our last week was a long one. We had a house full of sick kids & I wasn't feeling real good, either. :( Katie had RSV, so I pretty much spent the nights sitting up in a chair, holding her on my chest so she could be elevated. My poor, sweet baby. RSV is the pits. :( Katie is our third baby to get it. Kyla and Khloe had it at 3 and 4 months old, so Katie is quite a bit older than they were. It was still no fun.

Look at her sweet face here. You can tell she isn't a happy camper. :(

Katie did learn how to climb up a step. Here, we caught her standing on a bin of toys. :)

I celebrated a birthday while taking care of all of my poor, sick little ones. Kyla made me pancakes and the other girls made me cards. :) They are all so sweet. My parents made us dinner and brought it over, along with a gift. :) I was so surprised. :) They are so thoughtful. I am so blessed to have such special family and friends. :)

I finally let Katie start eating more solids. :) She has almost 6 teeth now and she just doesn't seem to want to eat the baby food in jars anymore. She won't even open her mouth for it anymore. :) So, I did try the organic teething biscuits. She LOVED them and thought she was pretty cool getting to eat like us. :)

We pretty much spent the entire week coughing all night and so the girls were so exhausted during the day. Here is a picture of Karly when she fell asleep at the table after dinner. :) Poor little thing.

Katie is getting SO CLOSE to walking. Her big sisters keep trying to get her to walk to them & I keep saying, "No! Don't encourage her to walk yet." Isn't it funny how the more kids you have, the longer you want the babies to stay babies? :)

So, we really didn't do too much in the way of school last week. :( We did do some, but we held off on MFW, so I don't have any fun photos from school last week to share. :( Hopefully, we can share some from this week soon. :)
